When we founded Interna in 2013, our goal was to bring what we had learned in our various roles as CPO and CTO about making product development successful and effective into other technology companies.
We believe that product management and engineering are best when thought of as one team with one mission. Writing user stories or writing code is not the mission but are instead tools to create a product that adds value to its users and markets and consequently generates growth, revenue, and profit for the organization.
The value of great vision immediately diminishes without action. Like we advocate to our clients, we measure our success by the value we provide, making product development more effective. We execute methodologies that we have crafted and tested in over tens of thousands of hours engaging with our clients.

Mark Long is a product and technology innovator with over 20 years of leadership experience succeeding in high ambiguity environments by bringing together customer needs, technology capabilities, business model innovation, and human-centered design.
Having served as CTO of E*Trade Israel and Managing Director of PokerStars’ Software Development division, Dmitri has led teams of hundreds of engineers in multiple countries. Dmitri has performed technical due diligence services as well as served as interim CTO for numerous PE- and VC-backed technology companies.
Ross has led Product Development, Strategy, and Delivery for companies of all sizes and stages, such as the startup ReelKandi, which was successfully acquired after he transitioned teams from an agency model to a SaaS model; the BBC’s Children Brand, Cbeebies; Reward Gateway; and the Innovation unit for the Collinson Group.
